The world’s largest bookstore, the aroma of coffee, a cool and cloudy Saturday in mid-October. It’s pretty much the stuff of dreams for anyone who loves literature and/or quintessential Oregon fall afternoons. Calley + Ken were so sweet, letting me boss them around and making them trudge up and down flights of stairs to get some really cute shots among the books (and hundreds of people) that fill Powell’s Bookstore right smack-dab in the center of downtown Portland.
